Malvasia 30% – Trebbiano 30% – Chardonnay 30% – Other 10%
The straw yellow colour develops with a soft, floral aroma.
Its name comes from a famous millennial Holm oak on the estate that was used in ancient times for catching birds with a net.
Harvesting is done by hand in September, and the initial fermentation period is ten days, after which the wine is aged in the bottle for two months.
The straw yellow colour develops with a soft, floral aroma, and the lively flavour makes it a perfect white wine for fish and shellfish dishes.
* From the 2016 Harvest all wines are organic.
