1. Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale and conclusion of the contract 1.1 The contract between Fattoria Casabianca and the Customer (i.e. the individual who makes a purchase on the Website, not related to their commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity) shall be deemed concluded upon acceptance, even partial, of the order by Fattoria Casabianca. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Fattoria Casabianca will in any case promptly notify the Customer.

1.2 By placing an order in the various ways provided, according to the order form on the Website (hereinafter the \u2018Order\u2019), the Customer declares that they have read all the information provided to them during the purchase process and fully accept these general terms and conditions (hereinafter the \u2018Terms and Conditions\u2019).

The products offered for sale by Arti & Mestieri are solely those present on the Fattoria Casabianca website at the time the Order is placed, as described in the relevant information sheets.

2.2 In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the description of a product are for informational purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics.

2.3 To place an Order, the Customer must complete the relevant form on the Website in full and send it after carefully reviewing the Terms and Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product(s) they intend to purchase. The Customer must also request Fattoria Casabianca, if desired, to issue a tax invoice for the purchase, pursuant to Article 22 of Presidential Decree No. 633\/1972. 2.4 Fattoria Casabianca will confirm correct receipt of the Order by sending an email to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will summarise the terms and conditions of purchase, as required by applicable law, and the details entered in the Order by the Customer, so that the Customer can check them and, if necessary, promptly communicate any corrections to incorrect data.

The prices indicated on the website are inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment fees will in any case be communicated to the Customer in advance via the website or these Terms and Conditions.

3.2 The following payment methods are available: (i) PayPal Customers may use PayPal to make payments in accordance with PayPal's specific terms and conditions. (ii) Credit card When purchasing goods by credit card, the transaction will be carried out via the secure server chosen by Fattoria Casabianca. Under no circumstances and at no stage of the payment process will Fattoria Casabianca be able to access the customer's credit card details, which are transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the bank handling the transaction. No computer archive of Fattoria Casabianca will store such data and therefore under no circumstances can Fattoria Casabianca be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.
(iii) Bank transfer You can also pay by bank transfer. Once you have completed your order, we will prepare it as soon as our bank confirms that the payment has been credited to our account. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order within three days of acceptance of the Order by Fattoria Casabianca, at the cost specifically indicated on the Website before the Order is placed. Fattoria Casabianca reserves the right to accept or refuse deliveries requested outside Italy or Europe. In any case, for deliveries outside Italy, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.

4.2 With regard to deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any customs import charges shall be borne by the recipient. Customers are therefore advised to contact their country's customs authorities in advance to check costs and any import restrictions.

4.3 The delivery times indicated by Fattoria Casabianca are to be considered purely indicative, and any delay in relation to these times, or any delivery made in subsequent split shipments, does not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery or to request compensation or indemnity.

4.4 Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document; that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping). Any damage to the packaging and\/or the product or any discrepancy in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported by making a specific note on the product delivery document to be returned to the courier. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with the procedures set out in this document. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

5. Right of withdrawal 5.1 Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206\/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21\/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Terms and Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide reasons and without penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.

5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article, the Customer must send Fattoria Casabianca a communication to that effect, within the terms indicated, to the following email address info@fattoria-casabianca.it, communicating their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal and then following the instructions that the company will provide for the execution of the return.

5.3 In the event of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products to our warehouses at their own expense within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, to the following address: Fattoria Casabianca - Via Frosini, 14 - 52021 Bucine (AR) - Italy The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in their original packaging (envelopes and packages), stored and, if necessary, used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature and characteristics, with normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, in accordance with the conditions set out below: the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased. For withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, seals, etc.); the shipping costs (and any customs fees, if applicable) for returning the goods shall be borne exclusively by the Customer. The shipment, until proof of receipt at the specified warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Fattoria Casabianca will notify the customer so that they can promptly file a complaint with the courier they chose and obtain a refund. The product will then be made available to the customer, simultaneously cancelling the request for withdrawal. Fattoria Casabianca shall not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during or in any way related to the return shipment. PLEASE NOTE: It is not possible to request an exchange or refund for a package of products (with explicit requests from the customer, etc.), unless the goods are defective or do not comply with the order placed (Article 5, paragraph 3, letter c of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22\/05\/1999).

5.4 Fattoria Casabianca will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to Article 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21\/14), within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, by reversing the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer shall not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. Fattoria Casabianca may suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the returned product or until the Customer demonstrates that he\/she has correctly returned the product, whichever is earlier.

5.5 In any case, the Customer shall forfeit the right of withdrawal in cases where Fattoria Casabianca ascertains that: the returned product and\/or its accessories, and\/or its packaging are not intact; the product is missing its outer packaging and\/or original inner packaging; the product is missing integral parts and\/or accessories.
